"Pastor MJ and his wife, Shawnee have been our "Shepherds" for a year. They were previously our Assistant Pastor. In August of 2023, our Pastor Scott Taylor went home to heaven after a long battle with cancer. It was so heartbreaking for us as a church family to not have the security and comfort of our Shepherd. Pastor MJ and Shawnee stepped into that role and were our source of safety and our foundation during that time of grieving. They have given so much, poured so much of themselves into all of us, I couldn't thank them enough! They are always there for us, no matter what. As our Pastor, MJ has helped us through "saying see you later" to Pastor Taylor and then moving on to what God has for us as a church body. Pastor MJ and Shawnee are true Christians, they are selfless and giving and truly lead us by example. We are so thankful for them!"
