Parenthood is a journey filled with joys, frustrations, excitement and worry. We desire the best for our children.

From the moment your precious new born is placed in your hands, you worry about their eating, diapers, crying, sleeping….

And so, the worry train begins. “All Aboard!”

As your kids get older there is sickness, school, social pressures and security to worry about. Fear and doubt are waiting to consume and rob us of our JOY!

You don’t have to jump aboard the worry train.

God desires to lead us on safe pathways and relieve our heavy burdens. Jesus says, “For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:30

Say “yes” to God and “no” to negative thoughts. God created our children and gave them to us as gifts. The Creator knows them best and loves them the most!

When worries overwhelm, STOP, and turn them over to God! It is not easy, but hold your child’s hand loosely, so they can hold tightly to the hand of God!

Author Susan Yates has 4 ideas to help you when you are worried about your children.
