and Mark Howley from Virgil Cane Band

About Linda Wright: Linda Wright has been singing blues, jazz, and gospel since the tender age of 13. She was inspired by the “The Supremes” and began her singing career by forming her own group called “The Diamonettes” and by singing with “The Gladiators” (known today as “The Baptiste Brothers”).
After many years of music, she became a lead vocalist with “The Unstoppable Gospel Creators”. She has appeared in many festivals and live, radio, and television shows, and she founded and hosted WBOK’s radio talk show, “Spotlight on New Orleans”.
Presently she can be found every Sunday as the hostess of “The World Famous House of Blues Gospel Brunch” in New Orleans, where she is known for “taking you to church” with her inspirational, electrofying, energetic gospel show.
